We are still building this.
Mould Detect products are in early access. Features, availability and the outputs you receive may change without notice while we build, test and learn from real use.
That is the trade you are making with us, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it. If something changes in a way that affects you, we will say so.
WHAT THE SERVICE IS
Decision support, not a verdict.
Mould Detect is a decision-support and education service. It uses AI-based identification to help you understand and document what you are seeing, so you can decide what to do next and how urgently.
It is not a substitute for professional inspection, medical advice or laboratory testing.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Use it on properties you are entitled to assess.
Mould Detect is for personal and professional use in assessing properties you own, rent, manage, or have been engaged to inspect.
Please do not scrape the service, resell its outputs as your own product, or attempt to degrade, overload or reverse the systems behind it. Sharing a report with your landlord, insurer, property manager or tradesperson is exactly what it is for.
YOUR CONTENT
Your photos stay yours.
The photos and property details you submit remain yours, and you grant us only the licence we need to analyse them and return your results.
LIABILITY
Where our responsibility ends.
Mould Detect, its parent entities and subsidiaries shall not be held liable for property damage, health deterioration or financial loss resulting from the use or misuse of the data provided by the Mould Detect platform. Users operate this tool at their own discretion and risk.
