A monthly allowance of 10 scans for one property, with a basic confidence score only. Free uses hybrid AI: cloud at launch, with on-device edge AI phased in by demand and cost; every paid tier runs on cloud AI. It stays free for as long as you use it, with no trial period and no card required.
Yes. Move between tiers whenever your needs change. An upgrade or a downgrade takes effect from your next billing cycle, so you are never paying for a tier you have already moved off.
Free carries a basic confidence score, a monthly scan allowance and scan history kept on your device only. Essential lifts the allowance to 100 scans a month and adds the full risk score, health history, saved reports and cloud backup for two properties, from $19.49 a month.
Business, most often: 300 scans a month across ten properties, plus white-label PDF reports you can hand straight to a client under your own name.
