AI AND AGENT FIRST

Mould Detect, built for agents.

Mycelium Network connects AI assistants and your own agents to Mould Detect's data: the mould growth index for a location, the weather history behind a damp wall, river flood forecasts, air quality, and a mould check for photos. Every answer carries its sources.

Mycelium CLI

Three ways in

Miss Mould is Mould Detect's own first client of the same Mycelium tools. In the Miss Mould chat at mycology.moulddetect.ai, when you share your location she gives live local weather and mould risk for your area, with sources. It is decision support from outdoor conditions.

MCP server

One endpoint at mcp.moulddetect.ai for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and any MCP client. Our own Miss Mould uses it too.

Developer portal

Free beta keys, setup for each client, and the tools reference at mycelium.moulddetect.ai.

Mycelium CLI

A terminal agent for macOS, Linux and Windows that runs on a free local model or your own AI key.

MCP IN USE

Ask in plain language

Add Mould Detect to Claude Code with one command, then ask a question. Claude picks the right tool, calls it, and answers with the numbers and their limits.

Real Claude Code session using the Mould Detect MCP server, 21 October 2026.
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http mould-detect https://mcp.moulddetect.ai/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer $MYCELIUM_KEY"

MYCELIUM CLI

Or use the terminal

Direct commands need no AI model. Run mycelium on its own to chat with a free local model through Ollama, or your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key. The first run signs you in; type / for commands, and the status line shows your model, context use and today's allowance.

Real output from v0.3.4 on a free local model, 22 October 2026, shown with the current banner and name. Your numbers will differ.

BETA

Free while we learn

The beta is free: 500 units per account per day (an image analysis costs 20, other tools 1), 60 requests a minute, up to three keys. Results are decision support, not medical, laboratory or building-inspection findings, and every result carries its data credits.

AGENT FIRST

Everything a person can see here, an agent can read.

Three machine-readable ways in, for assistants, coding agents and your own tools.

  • Beta

    The MCP server.

Mould risk index, weather history and forecast, flood risk, air quality, current conditions and image analysis, as read-only tools that cite their sources.

    TOOLS REFERENCE
  • Live

    llms.txt.

A plain-text map of this site and a full-text Markdown edition, so a model can read Mould Detect without rendering a page.

    LLMS.TXT
  • Live

    The data API underneath.

The same environmental and weather data over HTTPS, for agents that call APIs directly.

    DEVELOPERS

Give your agent the mould data.

Create a free beta key, add the server to your client, and ask your first question.
